Positions Available
1: Receptionist
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Communicate timely with guests via phone and email, updating them on house rules and offers.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing guest activities and feedback.
2: Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean rooms after guest departures and prepare for new arrivals.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report low stocks.
- Ensure common areas are clean and report maintenance issues.
