Job Description
Simri Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage and oversee financial transactions within our Real Estate Company. This vital role ensures the company’s financial health, transparency, and long-term sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions and prepare budget forecasts.
- Publish timely financial statements and handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns; manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Administer payroll and prepare financial reports as requested.
Required Skills: Proven experience in financial reporting, excellent Microsoft skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
