Job Description
Beyot Consulting is seeking motivated individuals to join our team on a contract basis as Igbo-Speaking Truck Driver Recruiters. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with truck drivers, particularly those from the Igbo community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit at least 50 Igbo truck drivers weekly.
- Build and maintain relationships with drivers.
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets regularly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Secondary School Certificate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of the Igbo language and culture is a plus.
Salary: ₦60,00 monthly plus bonuses based on performance.
