Job Description
Whip-smart Service Providers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Team Lead. This role requires strong leadership and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate will oversee our customer service team, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Lead and motivate a team, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Drive process improvements based on data analysis.
Requirements:
- 4 years of managerial experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation: ₦120,00 – ₦150,00 per month
