Job Description
Blaize Consulting is a premier outsourcing company focused on managing the talent management process. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ilupeju, Lagos. This full-time position involves assisting customers with travel bookings, inquiries, and resolving issues.
As the first point of contact, you will need to provide exceptional service while managing multiple queries efficiently. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry, and possess strong communication skills.
The monthly salary is N100,00, and proximity to Ilupeju is mandatory.
