Job Description

Join Pelican Staffing Solutions Nigeria as a Supermarket Supervisor in Ilupeju, Lagos. We are looking for a dedicated individual to oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and clean shopping environment.

Work Days: Monday – Sunday (1 day off weekly)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise store activities and staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory and conduct regular audits.

Requirements: 3+ years retail management experience, Bachelor’s degree/HND, strong leadership and communication skills.
