Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to join our team at ETHEREAL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient reception and registration, appointment scheduling, customer service, and administrative support.
Key responsibilities include warmly greeting patients, managing appointment bookings, and coordinating with clinical teams. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role within a healthcare setting is required.
