Job Description
HCUE Catering Services is seeking a dedicated QA/QC Officer to implement and manage quality systems and procedures within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet quality standards, conduct inspections of food materials, and oversee food safety management systems. You will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, HACCP assessments, and training relevant personnel on food safety procedures.
Requirements: HND/Bachelor’s degree in Food/Hospitality or related field, 3 years of experience as a QA/QC Officer, food safety and HACCP certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
