Job Description

Job Summary:

Jobrole Consulting Limited is looking for a passionate and customer-centric Customer Engagement Officer. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement customer engagement strategies.
• Create feedback mechanisms to enhance customer experience.
• Work with teams to resolve customer complaints.
• Manage social media to engage customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years in customer engagement.
