Position: Loan Recovery Officer

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recovery of overdue loans.
• Communicate with customers regarding their overdue payments.
• Advise on payment options and negotiate plans.
• Report accurate customer feedback regularly.

Requirements:

• Education: SSCE/OND/HND/B.Sc.
• 0 – 1 years of work experience; tele-collections experience is a plus.
• Strong written, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Must possess a smartphone.

Pay: ₦50,00.00 – ₦80,00.00 per month
