Job Description
Join our dynamic Insurtech Company as the Head of Engineering! You’ll lead a talented team of software developers and engineers to craft scalable and innovative technology solutions. Your role will include setting strategic directions aligned with our business objectives, overseeing the software development lifecycle, and driving best practices in engineering. We’re seeking a passionate leader with at least 5 years of experience in software development and 3 years leading teams. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Strong business acumen in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
