Job Description

Assist to Hire is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team of drivers and manage our fleet. The successful candidate will coordinate routes, schedules, and ensure safe deliveries while enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise drivers and trucks
  • Plan routes and schedules
  • Oversee safety protocols
  • Implement process improvements
  • Manage driver relations
  • Ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related field
  • 3-5+ years in operations management
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations
  • Experience in managing a union workforce
  • Knowledge of Sino Trucks (Howo)

Salary Range: N200,00 – N250,00 per month.
