Job Description
Medibam Specialist Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitoring patient progress and responding to changes in condition.
- Educating patients and families about health conditions and self-care practices.
