Job Description

Treasure Heights Montessori School is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for:

• Sorting and sending mail
• Must be computer literate
• Writing memoranda, reports, letters, and other documents
• Maintaining files and performing administrative support tasks
• Managing office supplies and placing orders as needed
• Completing banking transactions and basic bookkeeping
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Welcoming and providing information to visitors
• Resolving office-related issues

Pay: ₦50,00.00 – ₦70,00.00 per month
