Job Description
Venmac Resources Limited is a leading Hotel Management company with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. We are currently seeking a competent Receptionist for a three-star hotel located in Kubwa, Abuja.
The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for managing guest reservations, ensuring proper room allocation, checking guests in and out, and handling guest queries. Key responsibilities include:
- Making and confirming reservations
- Issuing room keys and maintaining accurate records
- Processing payments and billing
- Monitoring hotel visitors and enforcing policies
