Job Description
Responsibilities:
Identify, build, and retain financial and strategic relationships with donors and partners. Develop advocacy strategies and disseminate evidence-based tools to raise awareness in the public and health sectors.
Create communication plans for brand building, media relations, and public engagement. Recruit and manage a Communications and Advocacy team, promoting a culture of high performance.
Proactively manage risks, identify opportunities, and use data to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
Post-graduate degree in relevant fields and 10-15 years of professional experience required. Strong skills in strategic planning, team management, crisis management, and fundraising are essential.
